Mixed feelings about my stay
Staff were friendly. They helped me with my questions.
The room was not properly cleaned on arrival. I found hair in the bathroom and under the beds. This was UNACCEPTABLE.

a fair stay
helpful staff courtesy call safe return missing lid oven gloves dirty curtain
the caravan had everything i needed. staff members were helpful. i received a courtesy call before arrival. i forgot my backpack after check out and staff boxed it. the backpack was returned safely.
the caravan lacked certain kitchen items. i did not find a frying pan lid. there were no oven gloves. the curtains and blinds were dirty.

a cherished escape
pristine accommodation welcome dog stocked bar
the accommodation was pristine and beautifully presented. the dog welcome pack included poo bags and a collapsible water bowl it was lovely. the bar had a super lady running a well stocked bar with delicious food.
the wifi was spotty at times though we made do.

the site is centrally located near various attractions making travel convenient. perranporth and newquay are both easily accessible being just a short distance away. the proximity to multiple beaches enhanced our stay greatly.

the mobile home was spacious and well equipped with two ensuite bedrooms. it featured a dressing room that added an element of luxury. the overall condition was fantastic enhancing our sense of comfort.

The staff was friendly, and they interacted positively with all the dogs there. It was nice that dogs could sit with us in the restaurant area. The fenced dog exercise fields were a great addition, a WELCOME treat for pet owners.
The caravan missed some kitchen essentials. There was no frying pan lid, spatula for cooking eggs, or oven gloves. The oven expelled air directly toward the sofa. It made sitting there unpleasant.

Amazing Caravan Getaway!
beautiful caravan easy parking convenient drive
The caravan was beautiful. I loved the veranda where the dogs could play. parking was very easy. it was also an easy drive to perranporth and beyond. i appreciated how close i was to various attractions.
the food menu wasn't readily available one day, though the staff eventually provided it.

comfortable stay
equipped caravan warm water
the caravan was beautiful and well equipped i appreciated the swimming pool facilities the water was warm. i loved the large bath towels there were also loads of hangers a nice surprise. the hotel seemed recently refurbished it looked to a high standard.
the park lacked essentials a shop would have been useful for everyday items. entertainment was limited with support from away resorts needed i think.

the restaurant is small with a limited menu the food seemed expensive. the restaurant was not always serving food some days had limited hours affecting meal planning.
